This class is for people familiar with the principles of Tai Chi or Qigong, or have taken a class with this instructor. Blending movement, breath, and self-applied massage, participants will learn the Tai Chi Easy “5” form and experience the myriad of benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong: calm and focused mind, increased ease of movement, enhanced balance, and better breath support.
