This Hatha style yoga class will help you relax and refresh with strengthening and stretching. Dianne provides easy to follow instructions suitable for all levels of expertise. Please bring a mat and a towel to class.
Dianne Daniels has a master’s degree in exercise physiology, and has been working in the fitness field for over 25 years. She is the author of two published books, Exercises for Osteoporosis and Pilates Perfect.
