Yoga Fundamentals for Beginners
with Jade Nelson
This class covers the fundamentals of yoga. You will learn basic postures, four breathing techniques, four meditation techniques, and how to partner them to create deep relaxation and connection to the body. This class is slowly building it up over the 6 weeks, the final class will be a traditional gentle flow yoga class. Very Beginner friendly, you don’t need to know a thing or be able to do all the poses. This course is about building a yoga class unique to your abilities and comfort.
Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks and a blanket to class. Also, bringing a notepad for taking notes is recommended.
Jade Nelson is a retired bodyworker who shares her skills of observation and intuition through the practice of yoga.
