The Feldenkrais Method (Online)

The Feldenkrais Method® is a type of neuromuscular re-education that will enable your body to do more than it has in years. Feldenkrais classes are easily adapted to the online format, and students have been able to understand the directions and follow along.
These gentle movement sequences will help you work through chronic muscular or joint pain while improving your flexiblility and posture. This is not an exercise class, so loose fitting or stretchy casual clothes are appropriate. Please have a mat and two thick towels available to use during each class.
Dianne Daniels is an exercise physiologist. She has been successfully teaching online classes via Zoom since April, when the pandemic ended live classes. Students have expressed great satisfaction with this new format, and enjoy the convenience of classes being right in their homes.
