Gluten free living can be a challenge. But with a little guidance, the gluten free world can be easy to negotiate. Together we will prepare and share a delicious 4-course gluten free meal. We will discuss everyday items that contain gluten and ingredients that can be substituted for gluten.
Chef Mikael Andersson grew up in Sweden. After culinary school, he was a private chef to several ambassadors in Europe and South America. He worked in some of the best restaurants in New York City as a pastry chef. He was Executive Chef at Colby College. Currently, he lives in Wiscasset with his family and is Executive Chef at Lincoln Academy.
