We all hear about health and wellness everywhere we go, but it all seems complicated and overwhelming. Join me in this five week class and we will break it down together. Week 1: nutrition. Week 2: posture, core and balance. Week 3: exercise and strength. Week 4: stretching and range of motion. Week 5: putting it all together.
