Central Lincoln County Adult Education

Would you like to both be guided in movements and have room to step out and play? Then this class is for you! It is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced dancers alike, with music, group guided dance, and a chance to create our own dance sequences together. Bring yourself, an open mind, and comfortable clothing to dance in.

Kathryn Jensen has a B.A in Dance, and is a registered yoga teacher with aMasters in Education. She has taught creative dance and yoga to children age 3-adults in their 80’s. Kathryn loves supporting people to find joy and play throughembodied movement and living.
