Anxiety & Stress Relief Workshop
with Jade Nelson
In this workshop, we will briefly discuss how stress and anxiety impact the body. You will learn and practice two breathing techniques. A simple self-massage routine with essential oils. As well as two mindfulness skills, and a few trigger points you can use any time of day to help lower anxiety and combat stress. You will leave class with useful tools to care for yourself.
Jade Nelson has practiced yoga for over twenty-three years and honed her skills of observation and intuition as a bodyworker for sixteen years. When she steps onto the mat to guide others or herself, she believes it is a slow and loving walk to meet our truest selves.
