50 Plus Fitness Session 1
with Dianne Daniels
A complete head-to-toe fitness class that's easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels. You'll be conditioning your cardiovascular system as well as strengthening and toning your legs, arms, and stomach. Please bring a mat and a pair of dumbbells to each class, beginning with 2 or 3 pound weights.
Dianne Daniels has a master’s degree in exercise physiology, and has been working in the fitness field for over 25 years. She is the author of two published books, Exercises for Osteoporosis and Pilates Perfect.
