Boston Flower Show

“Spring is in the Air” and there is no better place to see and smell the coming of spring than at the 2019 Boston Flower Show, Seaport World Trade Center, Boston, MA. The theme of this year’s show, “Beauty of Balance,” will be beautifully illustrated by colorful, inspiring and motivating displays of life-size gardens, vibrant floral designs, and the newest trends in gardening. Join us on a charter coach trip to the Boston Flower Show on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Time is allowed to view the show and if you wish, to also visit restaurants and shops in the area. The cost of this trip includes Charter Coach, Ticket to the Boston Flower Show, and driver gratuity. 8:00 AM Departure from Camden Hills Regional High School with additional stops at Medomak Valley High School, and Great Salt Bay School in Damariscotta. Rest stops to / from Boston at Kennebunk rest area. Tour Leaders: Marlene Hall and Barbara Hendricks

Chinatown & The MFA via The Downeaster

Join us for a day trip adventure to Boston’s Chinatown and the Museum of Fine Arts with Chris Toy via the Downeaster. The journey begins early, boarding the train in Brunswick for Boston’s North Station. Next, participants will hop on the T to the Museum of Fine Arts and wander freely among the galleries or join Chris for a short walk and talk about Dragons in Chinese art. After enjoying some fine art, enjoy some fine culture in Chinatown and feast on traditional Dim Sum. Then it will be time to take the T back to North Station to catch the Downeaster home! The trip includes round trip transportation via Amtrak, a Charlie Card for riding the T, admission to the Museum of Fine Arts and your tour guide Chris Toy. Train departs Brunswick Station at 7:25 AM and returns from Boston’s North End Station 4:45 PM arriving back in Brunswick around 8 PM. No refunds.
